Where are my photos?

In the app, on your iPhone. A roll appears once it's back from the lab. Tap Save on a photo to add it to your Photos library.

A roll hasn't come back yet

A finished roll takes about eight hours in the lab, and the lab works on one roll at a time. You'll get a notification when it's ready, if notifications are on for Take 12 in Settings.

I bought the full version and it's gone

Open About from the small Take 12 logo at the foot of your collection and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.

Your photos stay on your iPhone. The privacy policy has the details.
